Meditation

Meditation is the art of viewing one's ownself. A meditation is a mind free from thoughts To free the mind from reflection, from thinking, from memory and knowledge, to make the mind peaceful is the nature of high meditation-sadhana. Purification of body, thought and mind is the preparatory stage of salvation. It is curiosity towards truth, a preparation for its' attainment, a pond to be drenched in its' entirety. It is an effective campaign for clenliness of the soul and discarding pollution. Meditation is the highway to recharge the battery of power of soul.

The various schools of spiritual development propound different methods to attain salvation through meditation such as Maharshi Mahesh Yogi's Transcendental Meditation, Jain saint Acharya Mahapragya's Prekshya Meditation, Jain saint Chandrprabh's Sambodhi Meditation, Goyanka's Vipsyana Meditation, Prajapati Brahma Kumari's Raj Yog, Gurudev Ravishankar's Art of living course, Gurudev Sidhi Samadhi Yog, Ram Chandar Mission's Sahaj yog and many more are now attracting attention towards this process of self emancipation.
